「Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here. 」

「We stayed here in late October 2026 and I want to share honest feedback that I hope is useful to the host.Cozy and cute place inside, the hosts were very nice and quick to reply. The location is a rather hard to arrive to.The hot water was unreliable for our entire stay. Most days the showers were cold, and on the days when hot water did come through, it was on and off. The bathtub advertised in the listing was not usable; only the showerhead worked, and mostly with cold water. The location felt...

「The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. 」
