"スタッフさんの対応はとても良かったです。 写真の感じだとまあ古いんだろうな とは思っていましたが想像以上に汚くて びっくりしました笑 壁紙も汚く、エアコン、冷蔵庫もカビだらけ シャワーも弱く換気扇が切れないように なっているのでずっとうるさいです。 アメニティ、シャンプーは持ち込みおすすめします。 他のお部屋はわからないので一概には 言えませんが、スタッフさんの対応が 良いのでお部屋のクオリティさえ 良くなればリピートしたいです。 "

"We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. "Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort.
