"Perfect spot for a convenient stay in Fukuoka! Very central to all the major spots and the hotel itself is very cute and connected to a natural wine bar below and a rooftop bar. Very cute rooms !!! There is not a fridge in the room that’s my only downside but honestly it was still perfect i would stay there again no questions asked. The staff was very helpful and well versed in multiple languages! "

"The breakfast included some items that were already cooked, repetitive for a stay of several days. Overall, it was a mediocre meal. The hotel is stunning. The lobby is gorgeous, with wonderful artwork in various locations, including just off the elevators on the second floor, the lobby itself, and their club room. Speaking of which, nothing particularly special about the offerings in the club room. No service person on duty. Just help yourself to some wine and soft drinks. Our room there was spacious, well-appointed, and within an easy walk to Hakata train station."

"Hotel is a drop off point for tourists. Location is great but too many tourists crowding area to get into elevator checking in and out. Breakfast area is overcrowded, stressful to get your food. We have to come back twice to get the crowd to die down and food is almost gone. Will look for other options next time"

"Everything at the hotel was good apart from the limitations at breakfast buffet for vegetarians and if you also happen to be gluten free, then there is even less available. We asked if there was any gluten free bread available and the answer was, no. Apart from this, a good hotel to stay at."

"I am solo traveling Japan and the room, staff, and location were amazing in my books. Room was very much adequate to my needs as I found myself exploring the city and outside of it. Staff were always welcoming and very communicative with me, and the area hosted a lot of good eat spots to try the local cuisine. "
