"We found this hotel to be in a convenient location to Tosu train and bus station. There is a a convenience store nearby and the shopping centre is near the train and bus station. This is a car hire nearby. The hotel has tea and coffee available in the loby and a microwave near the lift on our floor. We had a double room, it is small but we were only there for sleeping. There isn't any cups or tea and coffee in the room, even though there is a kettle. We went and bought two tea cups as we like a cuppa in the morning and night. Over all we had an enjoyable stay and will be back on our way home. "

"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. We found this problem at the midnight and only staying for one night so we didnt ask the staffs to change room."

"The hotel facilities are quite dated, with a particularly unpleasant experience in the bathroom sink with the smell of sewage. The rooms were clean, all amenities were available, but I would only rate this hotel as a budget friendly option. The merits of the hotel were: cheap, super close to the station. The rooms are however dated. I could also hear the other guests talk or flushing the toilet from the room, but not bad enough to keep me awake. The rooms may be cold for those staying in the cold season. "
