Since should received access password and online check-in process before accommodation. "

There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. We found this problem at the midnight and only staying for one night so we didnt ask the staffs to...
