"Good breakfast and spa"

"It is located across from the Kagoshima-chuo station. Instead of crossing the busy streets, make your way to level B1 and take the underground tunnel walkway to hotel, exit D. If you are looking to get to Kagoshima Airport from the hotel, the Airport bus stop is on level 1 and door is to your right as you exit the elevator. Hotel is basic with a simple breakfast but the convenient location makes it a very good stay. If looking to do laundry at the hotel, make sure there is soap in the washer as the signs claim there is. Our washers did not dispense soap."

"As always, it’s great location for everything. Almost no need to go outside to access many things on especially rainy days, JR station, shopping stores, restaurants, convenience store…"

"The 3 restaurants we tried were disappointing and pricey for what you got. The service was slow even tho they were not busy. The spa and moisture treatments we got were fantastic. Once we upgraded our room it was good before that they put us in the last room in the farthest bldg away with no windows, not even in the crazy long hallway with super low ceilings. Very claustrophobic!"

"The facility is clean and modern. Staff is friendly and strained attained. Breakfast is limited with western style but lots of Japanese. I am hoping this can be improve. The location is fantastic though parking is a little inconvenient considering it is in the central of the city, it is acceptable."
