"The hotel is super close to convenient spots, such as the lake and the bus stop. It also offers a traditional experience as the rooms are decorated in a traditional fashion."

I loved the bath. It was so hot and steamy. The traditional Japanese rooms were exactly what I was looking for for my stay in Japan. As we were leaving, the sweet host gave us hot tea to warm our hands on our cold walk to the bud station. When I got to the bus the station, I realized I left my hat. All of a sudden I see her drive up to the station and give it to me. Excellent Japanese hospitality

This was my 2nd time staying here after I adopted the woman who runs the hotel and the shop as my Japan oba last year, I remembered she loves hydrangeas so I stopped in Kamakura at Hasedera to get her a gift before seeing her because her birthday is in June. She's a very sweet and kind woman who doesn't speak English but is totally fine having conversations with translation apps. The property itself is in a great location right across from Mt. Fuji Station so it's easy to get to by bus or train...

Very clean and convenient!
Lots of space and laundry machine was super useful since we were climbing Fuji on this trip.
AC works well, which was great since we came during August!
Only a short stay but we enjoyed it here a lot.

Staying Nizi was the most enjoyable experience during our 10 days’ vacation in Japan. The motel home page instructed the motel as close to American style motels, but we found the room was far beyond American standard. The view from the room window was magnificent. The room was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The high light would be a huge Jacuzzi bath tub, and separate washing area with showers. If the bath room was facing to Kofu Valley with large window, it must be fantastic.

Very nice, clean hotel in the charming Gora neighborhood and although it is right next to the train station you will never hear the crowds or the train. The staff is very friendly and speak excellent English. Our private room for 4 with private bath was roomy for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. The breakfast for 800 yen is quite good and the onsen is clean and therapeutic!

I had a wonderful time staying here! The rooms were comfortable, and staff were very helpful. This place has a great personality, and I was sad to leave.

I have stayed in my fair number of hostels and guesthouses in Japan and this is my new favourite. The atmosphere was so nice, offering like family dinner traditional cooked and eaten together, is a beautifully maintained traditional property. Location was perfect and I highly reccomend, couple hundred metres from the 2nd last stop on the train up (lawson also at the station) and the bus to head down the opposite way is also only 600-700metres away (also 7/11 there). It made for an easy escape...
