"I stayed at Taishan 4 days in march 2026. The experience has been extremely negative. 1) No staff member speaks English. 2) There is no fitness suite. 3) Internet is extremely poor, and practically non-existent. 4) They did not provide breakfast, despite that reservation says that breakfast is included in my rate. 5) Staff are extremely rude. I asked reception to book me taxi for return to the airport. The reply (on google translator) was “ you can book it by yourself” "

"I stayed here for 9 nights, and it was very comfortable. Rooms were pretty big, quiet and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a glass enclosed shower along with a full-size tub. Water temperature was perfect. Laundry service was also great. The staff was very helpful and professional, but there is a bit of a language barrier when it comes to communication. But the use of a translator really helped.
