「The property is in a fantastic location for visiting the historic sights. The rooms are comfortable and appointed with everything you may need. Although the property is dated in carpeting, walls & other surfaces it appeared to be well maintained and safe. It was a great value for our visit and worked well for us.」
「空港からシャトルサービスがあることと、値段の安さで決めました。電話をすればシャトルをよこしてくれます。隣にあるHoliday Inn ExpressとLa Quintaと共同で運行しているシャトルです。朝は30分に１本でした。空港が近いため飛行機の音は深夜まで大きく聞こえますが、寝るときはそれほど気になりませんでした。ちょうど改装中で、改装が終わってすぐの部屋を案内されました。清潔で広くて快適に過ごせました。フィラデルフィアを訪れる際はまた利用しようと思います。」

「Vanessa (check-in), Tracy (check-out) and night auditor were helpful and had excellent guest service skills. The TV and air conditioner worked well, which is often a problem in other hotels at a similar price. The full breakfast was enjoyable. Plenty of free parking. Overall, the phrase that comes to mind is the hotel offers good value for the price paid. Thank you. 」
「Convenient location. Had the deluxe king bed , 2 bedroom which was very spacious. Comfortable beds . Clean rooms with nice furnishings. Close to where we were working in Philadelphia. Friendly staff. We will be back!」

She showed no smile, and even showed her angry face to our 5 yrs old boy, who was just trying to reach the counter.
Very bad experience. Never want to see her again!
