Easy to access lift and room via app. Only negative being that the decor and modern tech is so slick and blended that it may be hard to vision impaired or older clients to access. Colour matching hooks and light switches that blend with decor rather than contrast. Perfect for us though, convenient for an early morning flight."

"The Roebuck has lot of character and offers a different property to the chain boxes. The staff are very good food is good, Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Located close to AA Milnes 100 acre wood the setting for Winnie the Pooh. Excellent value for money and a place i will use again"

The TV in the room I had only worked if you stream cast (so no freeview) Also the temperature control wasn’t great, despite set to 18 it was much hotter (making it difficult to sleep) and there was a night club right out side which didn’t stop till 5am and the sound proofing was great."
