「It was a nice hotel located very close to the central district within a walking distance to restaurants and tasting rooms. The staff was very friendly and they did a very good job in keeping the room and the facility clean.」
「The property was war, inviting and so beautiful with its flowers and exquisite care for the buildings and gardens. It was a spotless comfortable room, gracious host at breakfast and friendly and attentive front desk. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to be in the center of the adorable downtown of Carmel.」
「The property is absolutely beautiful and peaceful—surrounded by nature, that made me feel truly alive. Everything about the environment was breathtaking and relaxing.
However, I did feel that some of the staff in the cafeteria were not as friendly or welcoming toward us compared to how they treated other guests. It was disappointing and made us feel a bit uncomfortable. I can’t help but wonder if it had to do with us being Hispanic. I hope this is something they reflect on, as hospitality...
「Staff was nice and room was very clean. Area was always quiet and very close to the beach, just a walk away. The parking spots weren’t super obvious just had to ask. There weren’t many of them but I always seemed to find a parking spot available every night. Downtown area was a short drive away. Parking in that area can get bad on Saturday but the hotel offers shuttle service. Was a very great stay and I would come back again!」
