"We were greeted by a friendly staff member who helped us with booking in and explaining all what’s available to us. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. In the room the fridge was full of various drinks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic, plus snacks such as crisps and chocolate, which are charged to the room if taken. All the usual amenities are included such as iron and hair dryer. The hotel is located in an ideal location for Tower Bridge etc and loads of places to eat and drink including Gordon Ramsey’s Lucky Cat restaurant at 22 Bishopsgate, 20 minutes walk."

"Problems with check in due to their system being down, but staff managed it well. But as a result of not being logged on their system meant no access to wifi. There’s no complimentary water in the room which is unusual for hotel of this standard. Water fountain in lobby but had malfunctioned and couldn’t provide cold water! Room was great and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was v good."

"I was very happy with location, its 1 minute walk from Jubilee lane and DLR. Easy to get around, Starbucks and Pret next door, Hotel has nice rest area with bar available 24/7 , clean rooms sound isolated. Staff helped and printed me some papers. Very good customer service. I would comeback again."

"The hotel is located on the river and the view was lovely. It is close to public transportation portals. Food options during the day were great but all the restaurants nearby closed really early (6 p.m.), even on the weekend. The staff was fabulous! The room was cold and I had much difficulty using the thermostat to regulate the room temperature. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future."
