"Nice friendly staff and lovely lounge area food was really good and the room was really nice only thing missing was a mirror near a plug for doing hair.. Also bed very small but made up for being comfy and nice bedding."

"No plugs by the bedside to charge phones. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels up after a shower. You can’t turn on individual lights but have to select full or mood lighting. We asked to switch rooms and were told there were no rooms available to swap but when we explained some of the lights ..."
