「The room had a strong mildew smell that caused me to be congested when in the room.」

「Amazing hotel! Loved it」

「In the original room, we felt men’s cologne smell very strong, and asked to change the room. The reception accepts our request, and we felt comfotable to stay in the new room. There was no tissue paper box, and coffee machine was out of order. But it is totally fine for us!」

「It was a nice stay, but the front desk staff needs to stand up when registering guests.」

「Was told room would be on first floor, asked for a higher floor. Was told it would take 15 minutes- took almost an hour. While waiting, was informed that there was a water pressure issue. Room smelled like stale water the whole stay. Water was still brown and had to let it run for a bit before using.」
