「Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental.」

「Rented this property for a family reunion for my husbands family to stay in (5 people). Provided a great location for them close to our home, where they could relax and have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Very reasonable cost. Being close to Tim’s II restaurant was a great perk as we were able to have family dinner for 11 people there with no issues. I would definitely rent this place again.」
