"My reservation was Nanny smoking bedroom with two queen beds once I arrived the coastal tower that my room located in the smell of marijuana all over the tower. I open the room smoking all over the room and the neighbor next-door was so loud until 1 AM. I did call the front desk to hand the situation they sent the maintenance that spray Air freshener all over the room that increases the sensitivity for smoking. I have asthma. I tried to change the room after two hours of negotiations they transferred me to another room in oceanfront tower just one bed for three persons. I did not recommend this hotel and I think I have the right to refund my money."

"Lack of maintenance and unprofessional staff. The lady in the front desk gave us a hard time every time we asked for any assistance, “threatened to call the cops”!!! when asked to open our room door because we left our key inside the room. Broken amenities!! My 7 year old had to be hospitalized with neumonia due to his asthma flaring up by sleeping in a dry and cold room. The heater wasn’t functioning properly, we informed the staff and nothing was done. Cold air and water was also coming in the room through the window."

"We paid extra for the rendezvous tower. It was one of the lowest floorsand we had a great view of the neighboring parking structure. I would have paid less for a normal room on a higher floor with a better view if i knew this. The casino floor was heavy with cigarette smoke and a lot of Marijuana smoke throughout the entire casino. We spend most our time at neighboring casinos that were cleaner and a lot less smoke. I will probably book at a different casino next time or even just out if town with better views and tighter smoking rules. Marijuana smoke makes me stick to my stomach so the trip there was pretty miserable at resorts casino. Not to mention the cleaning staff is extremely loud and swear words in every other sentence plus they play loud music while working. So you cannot sleep in or relax in your room in the morning or afternoon. That's whey we were only there as needed. "

"Got the room for my son as a late Christmas present. Everything seems to be falling apart. Hotel needs a complete overhaul. He won cards from the coin games and try to cash them in and the machine took 2 and gave nothing back. Not enough staff for anyone to help. 30 minutes for a bacon cheeseburger , the people he was with ordered after him and received there food first and they order more food than he did. $25 each day to park for a hotel with no casino. Needless to say I wont be getting him a room there any time soon"

"After returning to the hotel late, they had no more parking spaces left. I had to drive to the Tropicana and park my car there. Very bad!!! They did give me a credit for the 2 nights I paid for parking."
