「Apartment was occupied by someone else when we arrived despite the rental being confirmed. Thankfully we avoided walking in when someone was there. But two parties having access to the security code to get in is a problem in so many fronts — could have gone horribly wrong, Nevermind the terrible inconvenience this caused us. Host was unresponsive to multiple messages. Had to contact VRBO for a refund. They were helpful but there were no rentals available in town that night AT ALL. This host...

「In town for the weekend, this was a great place to spend the night. Clean, spacious and had a private entrance and check in. Sandy was amazing, super pleasant to communicate with and I felt welcomed from the time I stepped through the door, to the time I checked out. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. 「We stopped just for get shower and sleep at night. The house is really old in the kitchen the roof is broken and covered with a black piece of plastic, one of the room also have a piece of the roof that seems is coming down. Bathroom was old but there was everything we need (shampoo, soap, body wash and an air dryer. We didn’t use the kitchen but there weren’t utensils. We could find the entrance because we got there at night and the sign wasn’t visible and the lady from the upstairs apartment...

「Do not stay here. We did not receive the code to enter the apartment, even after the check-in time. After hours on the phone with VRBO, I finally got the code. Upon arrival, we found cockroaches and decided to find a hotel to stay at instead. The owner was very rude and dismissive of our claims, despite photo evidence. 」
