"The kiosk method of checking in/out which was quick and easy but make sure you have the confirmation number and the passport or DL of the person who booked the room to do it. The room was clean, spacious, and offered AC. The water pressure of the shower was too strong and borderline painful on sensitive areas. I liked the gym but half the treadmills and the water dispenser were out of service. Overall, I would stay here again!"

"The bathroom in the room was great. It had a double vanity with an adjustable height magnification mirror attached to the wall beside it for applying makeup. The toilet had its own little glass wall (not see through) so it was easy for two people to use the restroom. The shower was also very large. It had a built in bench & a sliding height shower head, which was great for people who have a major height difference. It also helped with keeping your hair dry if you just needed a quick wash. The bed had plenty of room too, we love a king size. I would recommend bringing your own pillow though, the ones in the room are flat. The view from the floor to ceiling windows is beautiful, & the blackout curtains are wonderful for late nights/early mornings. The pools are also rather nice, but a bit confusing went it comes to renting a spot. If you would like a chair out there, your best bet is to rent one. There are areas that seats are "complimentary" but the were constantly filled with abandoned items, making them in accessible. The pools are also all very shallow, so not very good for swimming, more for standing/walking around. Inside the building, there are several places to eat. However, almost none are open late. Overall, it's a great place to stay. Seems the intention of the resort is for people who want to spend more time there, as opposed to going into the city."
