「We were greeted by our contact person, Gail, who is friendly and personable. And a terrific artist as you will see when you are on the property. This is a very cute, fun and artsy apartment. We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again.」

「The place had a substitute cleaner we learned after calling the owner so some grace has to be given. The home really smelled up on check-in, freezer had spilled food in it, cupboards had spills down them. They sent a cleaner in the next morning. The main issue I had was a charge to me for a repair that should never have been necessary had the correct steps been taken to secure a ship's captains wheel to the wall over the kitchen table with more than hooking it over one drywall screw. 「We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home overlooking the bay, the beach and the dunes in the distance. Absolutely stunning views from all angles of the house; the pelicans dive-bombing nightly was a new site for all of us and we spent hours gazing at the horizon. The rooms were perfect for our group and everything was spotless! We were very lucky to have snagged this gem at the last minute, I see it is already booked for next year Memorial Day, or we would have booked...

「Beautiful setting, fun amenities like kayaks and a bench swing. Room was well appointed with everything you would need, even a 2 burner cooktop. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend.」
