They were even kind enough to help us change rooms when the one we initially received was a little far away and the view wasn’t quite what we expected. "I stay at this hotel every month when I head up to Newcastle for work. I've stayed at many of the local hotels but settled on this one for the modern amenities, the gym and library section (LOVE working in the library, it has everything a business person could need). The rooms are small but have everything required for a comfortable stay. Also the value for money is excellent, especially when parking and breakfast is included."
