"Beautiful two-bedroom home about 50 yards from Tropic of Cancer beach on Little Exuma. The host was extremely nice, check-in was easy, and even floatable inner tubes were provided for the beach. Would definitely stay again in the future. "

"This house was perfect. Most amazing location, view, and staff! Judy was always very quick and responsive. We ended up going with the meal service daily for breakfast and dinner and Larissa and Nancy are incredible! Took care of everything for all 8 of us (3 adults and 5 kids), which made it feel like a true vacation. 10/10 would recommend staying here."

"We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful Tropic of Cancer beach is steps away. The house was clean with a modern design and modern appliances. The pool was warm and clean. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars…the house stated it had beach chairs but there were only three (for a house that sleeps 6) and one was rusted and broken. We were given a code to the guest locker for beach items but it didn’t work. The microwave stopped working. Our local host was not responsive to email. I did call but no follow up or resolution. Otherwise Exuma was wonderful. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Lake Cottage. The home is exactly as listed, beautiful, comfortable and the location was perfection. My husband and I were looking for a private, relaxing getaway and this exceeded our expectations. The porch and water view was a perfect way to start and end our day and a 2 min walk to a practically private beach with crystal clear water and white sand. And don’t miss out on the 5 min walk to Brea’s seaside grill!. We stayed for a week and would have stayed longer if we could. The host was responsive and very friendly! Highly recommend!! Will hopefully be back!"
