Located in the center of The Villages, it offers access to 10 executive and 4 championship golf courses within 3 miles. A gas golf cart is included with the property, as well as access to several pools and recreation centers. Three town squares with nightly live music are accessible by golf cart. Walmart and Publix are a 5 minute drive, pool is in walking distance, and several restaurants and country clubs within 4 miles.
