"Broke blind drawers mirrors no coffe no frig or microwave. Doors slamming yelling all night"

"The hotel is in the middle of major renovations. No mention of this on any of the websites. No front desk only a phone number to call. Attendant had to let you into your room, key card system was down. The place is a mess. Seems this property has been purchased by Holiday Inn Express. About 10 rooms in the back of the building were available. Other guests I talked to had no idea the construction was going on. Holiday Inn should be ashamed of themselves. Don't stay here anytime soon."

"Toilet seat was broken when wee arrived in the room should not have been overlooked when cleaning the room. The front desk offered to move us… thumbs up. Room overall is old and in need of update."

"The only problem I had was the fact that I booked my reservation with Hotels.com. Apparently it causes a problem with their bookkeeping system and it took considerable time at checkin for the clerk to figure out how to handle "incidental charges". I prepaid my room charges thru Hotels.com so they did not have my credit card on file. I gave them my credit card to handle any incidental charges. Twice during my short stay I purchased a soda from the little store area in the lobby. I offered to pay cash, but the clerk said it would be easier to charge it to the room. On check out, the clerk on duty did not know how to handle the charge for the two sodas which I believe was about $6. I was in a hurry and had to leave and trusted they would figure it out and charge it to my card. As of this date I have not seen a charge on my card for the two sodas. Not a big deal but you would think they would know how to handle these types of things and it was just a minor annoyance."

"The staff at the front desk when we were both checking in and out were nice and the whole lobby area was neat and clean. The room was very clean and appreciated that they provided makeup wipes in the bathroom also. We were in the area for a concert at the arena and this was a good place to stay outside of the city. Would stay here again and recommend it "

"Hot tub was low on water, so the jets were spraying everywhere. The parking was "free," but stipulations on how you can park, etc., are enforced. Lots of noise from the upstairs overnight. We couldn't sleep due to the noise. Water pressure was meh in the shower. "

"It was located 50 yrds from a diner with great food had to get help with the WIFI though....slow"

"Nice place set on top of a hill overlooking the area. Clean and plenty of coffee options"
