"The hot tub wasn’t working and we paid $100 more so our kids could swim and hot tub. Also the shower drain in our room barely worked. So frustrating when we paid more for something nicer and it didn’t feel like it was nicer. "

"This home was beautifully located on the lake. We had a party of nine and had plenty of room for sleeping and just hanging out together. The hot tub was a hit. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for eating in. The house also had a lovely deck and a dock for fishing (we bought our fishing gear). Definitely a beautiful place to stay. "

"Loved every moment of our stay! My family had a great time kayaking, clamming, and waking up to beautiful views. Plenty of space for the kids to play and ample lounge spots for adults. "My husband and I both agree this is the nicest place we have ever stayed with VRBO. It is the effort and thoughtfulness that makes this beautiful home so special. The layout and view while relaxing in bed, the kitchen is amazing, the bathroom is large and the shower…..well I could have spent more time in there with all the jets. When you are on vacation you look for all the comforts of home and this home is perfect. I was so impressed with some of their kitchen gadgets, bathroom amenities that I ordered some for myself!! Tyler was so communicative and helpful. Our trip was so nice and staying at Chico Bay just made the trip even better. We will be back for sure!! "
