They offer one free drink and snack in the restaurant at night and a free breakfast. The breakfast was a full buffet and had good food. The staff was friendly and helpful. "

It was beautiful inside and out, with fantastic views of the water, a wonderfully stocked kitchen and so many fun amenities: kayaks, paddle boards, pool table, foosball table, basketball net, etc. We could not have picked a better place to celebrate a milestone birthday with our family and friends!"

"We love Chico Bay & the owners! This was our third time booking Chico Bay and we will be back again. The Penthouse Suite has the best views! We could sit on the deck all day & night watching the wildlife. There is nothing the owners did not think of to make us feel at home. From the eggs, oj & Prosecco in the refrigerator to the blankets for outside on a chilly evening, the book full of recommendations of places to eat, visit and explore.... "There is so much attention to detail that went into this property. You get to walk through a beautiful garden up to the unit with the most beautiful view. I appreciated the comfortable bed. SO many rentals seem to purchase the cheapest mattresses possible so this was a pleasant surprise. It was the perfect set up for us and our 4 month old baby. "
