I do not understand why the ratings here aren’t higher! The room was spotless and comfortable! The staff I had the opportunity to encounter were incredible! They were all much younger than me, with amazing work ethic and so very good at their job! Loved it here!

Staff friendly and helpful! Very clean, I had a great view, overall pleased with the stay. Very convenient walkable location. Be aware it is $20 to park in the garage on site overnight, and you have to turn a light on at a switch across the room to have power by the bedside. Internet and tv connection stopped working several times each day of my stay.

We loved the location on the water. We were able to see lunar eclipse from the patio area. They have a nice rooftop terrace too. I liked that we had access to the other building which had nice lounge area with pool table. The room was spacious but the AC unit on the window was large and noisy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back when we come to Bremerton again.

Nice place, and very walkable. Funky AC unit fit into and stuck out the window so the shade next o the bed would not close making more challenging to sleep. Building had a unusual layout where the 3rd floor could only be reached by the elevator on the North side of the property. A bit pricey for the area, although it is a good option if you want a full kitchen and quick access to a washer a dryer.

Staff is a little all over the place. I had to stare at a half eaten burrito on the front desk for 10 minutes before someone showed up for check in. Similar thing happened in the morning at check out. Property is nice and a great location, but it definitely feels like condos that didn't sell and now it's a hotel. Needs a little polish before it can be considered 4 star.

Great rooms & property. If you can get the water view, it’s gorgeous to wake to. Lots of options for food, drinks, entertainment etc. boardwalk and area nearby is fun and walkable. Parking garage is good, the rooms are clean, updated and great decor. Lobby is clean, modern and doesn’t have a smell of trying to mask unpleasantries. Would recommend and come again !

We stayed in a king suite facing the harbour. The view was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The entire space was immaculate. We appreciated the extra information provided on check in. MSS proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the ferry terminal made it easy to leave our car at home. Would highly recommend this property.

Details could have been communicated at checkin. Like having to pull into ferry dropoff to find garage. Tv and cable went out. 2:30 am fire alarm. Had to evacuare. Couldnt put down blind cause ac vent hose. Building next door watched us sleep. Didnt like carrying 3 cards. Ramp,room,elevator. All white. Not much of a water view. One small window. Location was good. Thats about it.

Property grew on us. When we arrived at 1:30 we were told we could check in early for $20 or wait another hour and a half. Out of principle, I opted to wait because clearly the room was ready, it was just a money grab. I don’t blame the workers bc I’m sure they are just following procedure. The rooms are clean, we used the kitchen to cook every morning, we used the grill on the roof next door, and really enjoyed the accessibility to the ferry. The parking is not free…we chose to park across the street most of the time. Overall, it was a good stay!

Our biggest problem was the room keys, the main reason we will not be back. Beyond difficult to use. Using keys for elevators and parking was problematic, but room locks were a nightmare. Discussed with other guests in hall. Everyone has a problem! Otherwise room was clean and comfortable. Lack of privacy in the one window with the rigged A/C, but I assume this is only a temporary fix. Certainly wouldn't think you are done with this setup. A luggage rack would also be nice for short stay visitors, and maybe a box of tissues, We did not cook, but kitchen was well stocked. Linens in bathroom were really nice, and there were extras for additonal day. YOU REALLY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE ROOM KEYS!!

So the property itself could be really nice if they gave you the room that you booked. Reserved and paid for a specific room, which they ended up giving me NOT that room that I paid for and then had the audacity to tell me that the "basic room" they gave me is the exact same as the "king room" that I paid for..... Let's not mention the fact that when we got into this said basic room that they gave us, the floors were extremely dirty, there was hair dirt, food stains all over the floor. And then let's get to the bathroom, anytime. We turned on the shower that whole shower curtain that was in there just smelt like extreme piss. So the whole bathroom smelt like piss the whole weekend, extremely dirty coffee appliances (which thank you to housekeeping for making things right and giving us a clean coffee machine, clean shower curtains and all around being much nicer than the people at the front desk)... I would recommend this place to people, if they wanted to pay for something and not get what they paid for...

Nice room. Very clean. Close to downtown Bremerton and the Seatle Ferry. The only issue was there was no ironing board or iron in the room. If you needed to iron something you had to use a tiny ironing board and iron in the hall laundry facility.

I awarded 3 stars but it's really more like 3.5. Parking was poor. Lots of noisy car and motorcycle traffic. On the other hand, the room was well furnished (but smaller than I expected) and the kitchen area was nice. Free washer and dryer down the hallway. For whatever reason, checkout was very slow. The manager said there were problems with Expedia. No surprise there.

Little to no housekeeping. No iron for clothes. In-unit AC was terribly loud making sleeping impossible while on. No body at the front desk. Unreachable via phone or email. Charged me about $30 more than my booking and never provided a receipt.

Rented for 2 nights with my son in July 2024. Communication was good for check-in as this is a condo style building with rental units. Our unit had dirty dishes in the sink, unclean counters no bedding and only a small window with no AC. The manager came and agreed it was unacceptable and helped us move our belongings back out to the car. I was told I would get a refund and received approx 2/3. The accountant who I was directed to discuss the remaining refund did not return my message.

What I didn’t like: - This property is going through some kind of transition from a short term rental to a hotel? As a result, amenities you would normally find in a hotel are not offered here. For example, the front desk is only open M-F from 8a-6p so if you need help outside of those hours, you’re SOL. - Cleaning service is only done on a bi-weekly so when we stayed here for 5 days, the room got pretty dirty and we had trash and dirty towels piling up. - The portable AC included in the room is suitable up to 400 sq ft but the room is almost 500 sq ft. When we visited here during the heat wave, it did not do a good job of cooling the room. What I do like: - Room itself is beautiful and filled with modern appliances and esthetics. It was clean and the small kitchen was super useful. - The best aspect is its location with walking distance to many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The boardwalk is nice for taking a stroll and watching boats sail by. The ferry to Seattle is also right by this place so it’s super convenient to be able to get to that side of town. - There is a mini grocery store on-site with an abundance of items at reasonable prices. Overall, I give this place 3 stars. I think once the transition is complete, most of the problems I mentioned should get fixed.

Excellent staffing members! Excellent accommodations and a very comfortable environment. At Marina’s you will relax your mind as much you can. I really enjoyed my time there!

Beautiful view. These suites use to be open floor condos. So you get a full kitchen with fridge, freezer, ice machine with filtered water, oven, stove, microwave and all the cooking and dining utensils you need. So worth the price!

It was ok for a single night stay for a funeral I had to attend but i wouldn’t choose to stay there again. No ice machines or ice available. Room decor is very stark/basic. There was a window air conditioning unit that prevented the blinds from meeting the window. The window blinds are the basic white type so when the sun was up the room was ablaze with light even with them all closed. Parking is 20 per night
