Enjoy the stay the house was pretty clean. They get charged for 75 for a pet poop in the backyard. I believe someone was there already. Otherwise we are enjoyable time.

Great value

We had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our stay. It is close to Century II and downtown. It is a great value for a 3 bedroom Vrbo in Wichita. We will stay there again.

Convenient, clean and spacious!

My family was in Wichita to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. We were traveling with our elderly parents and 2 teens. We wanted to be close to the event center and have a well equipped kitchen to do some prep for a small grad party we hosted. We were so fortunate to have found this home as it provided everything we needed. The ground floor bedroom with attached bath was especially helpful. The room sizes were very generous and we never felt like we needed more space. The entire home was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I was able to get a long walk in one morning . It was very convenient to get around Wichita.

Great All Around

The House was great! No complaints from our stay at all! We even left something on accident and the host was very kind and diligent to help us find an option to retrieve it! Would definitely come back to stay again!

Cute house; great rate

We stayed for two days and enjoyed it. It’s a cute little house - older because it’s located in downtown, so don’t expect a luxury stay in a modern house. But it was comfortable and the space was charming. And can’t beat the rate… Downtown can seem a little sketchy, but the house is very well lit and we felt safe staying there - though I wouldn’t recommend wandering around at night. Homeowner was also very kind and prompt in responding. We would stay here again if we ever came back to Witchita.

Reasonable Place in Rough Area & Needs Repair

Reasonable place to stay, but definitely need photos to accurately display the unusual stature of add-on areas to home and the bathrooms that are in desperate need of repair and cleaning, particularly the upstairs. With slanted ceiling, the shower curtain was cut and didn’t cover the shower, stay in place, keep water from major overflow to the floor, and had mold all over them. The window curtain/rod (straight in front of the toilet—at floor-level) did not stay in place or have correct attachment pieces to stay in place, leaving highly uncomfortable exposure. There was no trash can, Kleenex, or hand towels anywhere upstairs. The neighborhood/area in general is quite questionable. One member stayed awake much of night, due to neighbors with verbal conflict from 2-5am both nights of stay, revving vehicles, and domestic disputes. Significant number of unhoused persons roaming the area.
