Seabed Grand was a a lovely hotel to relax for a few days. The buffet breakfast every morning was great! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Our pool access room was fantastic!

The staff is so pleasant and accommodating to all your needs. Very beautiful people to spend time with. I felt so loved, appreciated and safe. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was also amazing and they switched it up a bit every morning, so there was some variety.

The hotel was nice and everything except the breakfast was really not up to par. Big saltwater pool was great for a few lengths and room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping ladies were fantastic. We came by car so location was not a problem for us. Delicious yum cha across the road is open daily till 2pm.

Fantastic stay, the staff were great, they have free shuttle bus to and from various parts of interest in Phuket which was handy as there is nothing in the immediate vicinity of hotel, nowhere to walk to. But we downloaded a taxi app which was fantastic as more than half price of normal taxis, very convenient, we could get to most places whenever we wanted for $200 Thai Bhat, as opposed to 6-700 bhat. But would definitely stay at this hotel again if come to Phuket, 10 stars from us 🙏👍❤️

I like everything about this hotel and it is not crowded. Peaceful cosy feeling. But it feels understaff. The breakfast spread is good but the quality can be better. The restaurant only opens for breakfast during my 5-day stay. The room is spacious and bathroom drainage is good. Aircon is good. Only that they don't provide toothbrush set unless you request. Cannot see their rationale. Location is good with basic amenities within walking distance. Hope there can be more in future. Overall, my family thoroughly enjoy the stay.

Expedia you disappointed us totally. We booked in this hotel over 2 months ago and our balcony was looking the backyards of the next door places. When we asked why? Not worth the money unfortunately.

Run down hotel, lots of things not working well in the room. Pool area was nice. Breakfast not as advertised at all - cold egga, stale bread and minimal other choices. The only western options were deep fried calamari and spaghetti pomodoro. Staff watched us struggle to turn on the toaster without helping and also refused to cook fresh eggs. Not as expected. However, was a fairly convenient location for the port.

The customer service is poor and certainly not at the level of a 5 star property. I was at the Courtyard Marriott Phuket and it far more esthetically pleasing and the polish and professionalism are on par with what one should expect from a luxury property. The staff here at the Seabed Grand lack the refined polish and professionalism of well trained high end hospitality employees. This is obvious by the way they present and interact with customers. I had numerous issues during my brief stay. One of the things, I noted was that they had no washcloths? At the very least, they should be available upon request. They wasn't lotion or iron in the room either. I went to go workout in the gym, only to find that it was closed as of 10 pm. All high end facilities that I have visited provide access to these facilities 24 hours a day. I called front desk for water and was told that I would have to come down to the lobby as there was no staff to deliver it. Additionally, there was no extra toilet paper. This is unacceptable. The wifi is unreliable and constantly offline. An alarm went off the entire night. I informed the front desk. However, the alarm continued on throughout the night. I barely got any sleep and had a miserable night. The worst issue ocurred when electrical issues caused a small fire that burned out my adapter and shut down the power in my room. I was burned by a spark, thankfully it was minor. The hotel handled this poorly and took no accountability.

Fint hotell

Fint hotel med bra pool och fina rena rum. Det fanns solsängar så att det räckte och behövde inte gå ut och ”paxa” på morgonen. Gymmet var fräscht men saknade ventilation så det var extremt varmt. Maten på restaurangen var väldigt god men servicen var sådär, behövde påminna om våra beställningar tre ggr.

Bra start på Thailandsresan!

Allt var bra förutom att vi hade en typ fransk balkong utan några stolar att sitta på. Det framgick inte i bokningen. Hade varit mysigt att kunna sitta på balkongen på kvällen. Vi hade också ett rum ut mot bakgården som inte var alltför snygg. Annars mycket fint rum, sköna sängar, otroligt god mat i restaurangen, bra frukost och väldigt hjälpsam personal. Det ingick transport ner till gamla stan mm.
