「For anyone staying in Fruita, this is the place to stay. A very charming place and the hosts add extra touches to make you feel comfortable, like some welcome snacks and a kind personal note. It is a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.」

「Our group was 4 people, my wife and I and our two adult children. For us it was plenty of space. Each daughter got her own room and bathroom, which helped everything go smoothly. We cooked every meal in, and the kitchen worked great for us. It's also a great location, since it's within walking distance of downtown Grand Junction and also near a trail along the Colorado River. If we decide to come back to Grand Junction next year, we will definitely want to stay at this property.」
