We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was the best stocked unit we have had so far. It was very clean, had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies and was a great location for convenient shopping and visiting the local attractions. The host was responsive and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

We had a great stay. The home was very clean, the kitchen well-stocked, and the appliances were all modern. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the garage was a nice bonus. I’d happily stay here again.

Nice quiet property, well maintained and clean. Comfortable accommodations and had all necessities. Neighbors are quiet and nice location to everywhere we needed to be in Grand Junction.Would rent again.

Beautiful accommodations. Super clean. We have stayed in many vacation rentals by owner, and this one was the best! We booked it last minute, because we were trying to get away from a wildfire. The process was smooth and felt so relaxed in this house. Thank you!

It was very clean and had everything we needed. One of the travelers needed ADA uses and the big bedroom, bathroom and front room was open enough to use. There were no stairs which made it even more user friendly

Beautiful home, great location, excellent communication before arrival. I did not take my little dog this trip, but if I did, it would have been perfect for her too with a small backyard and a safe neighborhood to walk around. We would stay here again.

This charming house was very clean, with comfy beds and many kitchen amenities. We stopped at a grocery and had no trouble preparing our dinner - pans, pots, dishes and silverware were all there. Cleanest coffee pot I’ve ever seen! Perfect stop between Denver and southern parks, and right next to Colorado National Monument. Easy check in and out. I’d stay again - loved this place!
