「Great location」

「Three room was very dirty. The floors were sticky with dirt and grime everywhere the sheets had stains the room smelled very humid all the furniture was in poor conditions and sticky and the AC unit was Not working properly it was set at the coldest and was Not cooling the room at all.」

「It was clean. Bathroom was fine and clean bed was comfortable. Love the pillows TV work great I didn’t like was much smaller than I expected.」

So, we packed everything back in our car when we left for dinner because we didn't want to leave it all in the unlocked room while we were gone. 「The place is beautiful! Right on Lake Michigan with the best sunsets Iv ever seen. Although the pool was great and shuffleboard was cool the WiFi didn’t work at all and I couldnt get any service on my phone. Normally I wouldn’t complain but there also wasn’t a tv. So there was nothing for my ten year old son and I could do after dark. I don’t think anyone checked in on us to ask how our stay was going or if we needed anything. 「The mixed reviews are accurate. The room is adequate. It’s mostly clean. It’s just sort of half-assed. All the finishing touches are sloppy (e.g., bad cut-ins in painting, baseboard as door trim, only very sterile overhead lighting, no soap/shampoo/etc).The parking lot absolutely needs to be replaced. In short, boutique it is not.Also, they’ve got this listed in Vrbo, but they really don’t check it. Communication via text only. Don’t miss that, or you won’t get check-in instructions.」
