「Ac worked great. Rooms were unique. Which brought us to booking here, with a loft suite. Mattress was so comfy! Restaurant supper (1 serving of chicken fettuccine $35 & no Parmesan cheese) was dry & breakfast (buffet style $19 per person) was worse. Salt shaker crusty and hardened. Asked waitress to exchange with no issues. Can walk across the parking lot though to stacked for $6.99. All staff was friendly & helped where they could with what they could. I read they had renovations...

「No ice machine Washroom toilet was not cleaned during my absence. Counter was not cleaned. 1 ply toilet paper was inadequate for hygiene purposes」

「Great space for families. Rooms spacious. Amenities are superb. My problem with this hotel as we have stayed in many homewood suites all over Ontario and this by far was the most rundown and not maintained well. Everything was falling apart, light fixtures were broken, the tub was stained and rusted. Door cover kept falling off and the microwave didn't work. We have never had an issue with any other homewood suites before so this was disheartening to see it not maintained.」

「It was too bad and it’s too many homeless straight there they try to open the doors they smoking beside the room and I can’t sleep one way when the homeless there cause they’re trying to open the door and when I told the hotel they say we don’t care and when I said, let me cancel. They didn’t give me my money just the deposit」

「Stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott and had a great experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and there was plenty of parking. We stayed in a king suite and it was a really spacious, clean room with a pull-out sofa bed, microwave, and mini fridge. Everything we needed, especially traveling with kids. The pool was nice but pretty busy. Hotel is close to everything you need, restaurants, shopping, all nearby. Solid choice, especially for families. Would definitely stay again.」
