「Place was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was great. My only complaint was location. Not near anything walkable. Definitely need to rent a car to buy groceries or go to eat as taxis are very expensive and no restaurants near by.」

Fresh towels daily, beach service, bar on site by the pool! Loved it and definitely plan to come back!!」

「This property was the perfect home base for our first family trip to Turks and Caicos. As stated in the listing the location can't be beat and it's in the heart of everything. We rented a car and parking is free and close but really having a car is not necessary. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed. Leola did a great job orienting us and checking us in. The unit is on the 3rd floor which was fine with us but if you struggle going up and down stairs that might be a downside....

「The view was spectacular. The unit was clean and great for a family. We enjoyed the pool and we were walking distance to the beach. 」

「this was the perfect location! we were able to walk to so many restaurants, bars, and the beach. would recommend this location and place to anyone looking to travel here! one recommendation is for the home owners to either get a brita filter or for guests to purchase bottled water 」

「This is an exceptional unit right on the beach! There is daily housekeeping, and all of the amenities that you would expect in a hotel. The host was gracious and responsive to any of our questions. We had an amazing vacation and would recommend this unit unconditionally. 」

「The check-in was the beginning of our amazing stay. Our plane was delayed and we didn’t get in until 1 o’clock. Catherine made sure the car was waiting for us at the airport got us there, she was there to help us check in, and she even had left us some snacks. Which, given the very late delay on the flight and everything being closed by the time we landed was a godsend. The unit itself is exactly as described and the location is wonderful! We would definitely stay in this unit again.」

The location is fantastic - beautiful beach, and in the heart of town - close to lots of restaurants, cafés and shops. Juliet and John were perfect hosts. We were sad to leave, and hope to return. We had 5 adults and a toddler, and the ease of getting outside, pool, hot tub, beach were A. Can’t wait to stay here again if we come back to Turks and Caicos. Hope it’s available. Would NOT change one thing. Perfection at its best. 」
