Our cool and comfortable one bedroom condo offers tranquility and relaxation. The pool and hot tub are only steps away. La Vista Azul condo is located centrally in the Turtle Cove area of Providential, Turks and Caicos Islands. The resort has 3.5 acres of lush terrain. The area offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, marina, Smiths Reef (which has the honor of being the third largest coral barrier reef), which connects to Grace Bay beach, all within walking distance. Our one bedroom suite (1187 sq. ft.) provides panoramic view of the ocean, along with direct access to the pool area from the patio. Amenities include: Separate bedroom with a Kingsize bed, dresser and TV. En-suite bathroom (with tub and shower) and an additional half bathroom. Full kitchen with all cooking utensils. Washer/dryer including soap and dryer sheets. Pull out couch with topper (queen size). Outdoor covered patio. On-site Gym, located in the downstairs complex area Two swimming pools (one for Adults only and the other for children (heated). A hot tub in the gazebo. Free underground parking and elevator. Snorkeling gear is provided (2 sets). Free WIFI and phone inside the unit. Our place is good for a solo adventurer, business traveler and family wiith small children.

This property was perfect for us. The view was amazing and the condo was exactly what we needed. Peter was very responsive and a wonderful host. It was a short walk or drive to the beach. Cant wait to go back!

Great location

As advertised, close to the pool and beautiful views. Close to the beach, though i would still drive to save your energy for the snorkeling. Great restaurants within walking distance. Well supplied with towels and beach equipment. Might just recommend bringing your own bar soap and laundry detergent if needed.

Peaceful location

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised. It was nice having the pool right outside the condo. The owner was very quick to respond when we had questions before our stay. Check in and check out was super easy. It was great having the beach chairs to use, the beach was a short drive away. A couple restaurants close by, but would recommend a car if staying here.

Perfect location

This condo has it all. Beautiful water views. Pool and hot tub right outside the balcony door. Updated bath and king master bed. Efficient kitchen and comfy sitting area. Close to easy snorkeling off the beach and a good selection of restaurants. Less crowded than the heart of Grace Bay but with the same amazing beach and clear, turquoise water.

Lovely place

I was recommended this place by a friend. We loved staying here. We stayed with 4 adults, one couple slept in bedroom and one slept in living room. The entire place was the perfect size for us. We swam in the pool every day, before the beach and after the beach. We did walk to beach - it was short but a very hot walk. We rented a car and would highly recommend that. 4 beach chairs, cooler and noodles for pool made are stay 10/10.

Anniversary trip

Great place to stay fairly close to everything. We rented a car to see all of the beaches on the island. The place provided beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear. Total delight. Bed was comfy. We had 1 issue with the building alarm going off at 1am. Not sure why it happened it continued off & on for an hour. I’m sure this was a fluke.

Great Value

Although not on the beach, which of couse we knew ahead of time and were perfectly fine with, we felt this was a perfect location. Nothing was more than a 10 minute car ride, most things only 2 or 3 minutes away. The condo was beautiful, just as advertised, very clean, and the owner very helpful and responsive. There is a ton of beach items in the closet that came very much in handy. The condo itself was the best location the resort has to offer in my opinion. We have zero complaints about this property. Do not hesitate to rent from Peter!

Huge condo right by the pool!

It was really spacious, comfortable, clean and inviting. Washing machine, dryer, linens and towels all new and the bedroom was great for separate TV if one of you wanted an early night. Being right by the pool with own stair access was the really good thing about the condo as didn't have to walk around the block! Peter was really helpful with everything and answered everything about TV satellite to pizza takeaway places. Fantastic views of Grace Bay and the ocean, need rental car, but can walk to local beach, so everything was literally a few minutes away if you didn't want to walk. The casino at the Ritz-Carlton was fun a few nights! Highly recommend, super host and will return for another restful, homely lovely holiday. Thank you 5*x

Perfect Condo

Just back from a week at La Vista Azul and stayed in Peter’s condo. It was perfect! Home away from home. Fully equipped with everything you could need and well furnished. We rented a car as we wanted to explore. There was easy access to the parking and always plenty of available spots to park. We can’t wait to return!
