「The staff at this lodge really go out of their way to accommodate guests. Our room appears to have been updated recently and was very comfortable and clean. For Taos, NM, you can't get a better room for the price. 」

「Nice old inn, just as advertised. Don't expect modern or fancy, expect cozy and local New Mexican style. The lobby and the little common alcoves & balcony around it are lovely. There are outdoor areas to sit and enjoy. Plenty of parking. Short walk (5 min) to Taos Plaza. No breakfast included, but there are coffee tea, etc. in the lobby in the morning. The staff were VERY helpful when we encountered a logistics problem with our trip.」

「Mike and his family have turned this long-standing motel into a 5-star hotel. The upgrades to the room are amazing. The rest of Red River, NM is going to have to step up to beat this place!! It is conveniently located across from the Brewery and Der Markt. Pizza is next door. I can highly recommend.」
