「Value for money hotel. Fixtures and fittings are tired but the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Great value cooked breakfast for £7. Road a bit noisy. We were able to leave our car behind the building for the day which was great. If stairs are an issue/heavy luggage pays to be aware you might have a few flights of steps to climb depending on your room! Staff very helpful and friendly.」

「Very disappointed that Blue Badge holders were forbidden to use the disabled parking spaces , as they were reserved for able body conference attendees. Doesn't the government have legislation on this?? We have stayed in a number of hotels in Harrogate, and this is our favourite ( so far).」

「The owner was fine and the bathroom very clean. The stairs to the top floor are steep and darkish. The room is a mess with stain5on the ceiling and walls.」

「Very nice staff, very clean room, nice clean bathroom nice shower over the bath plenty of hot water good water pressure, 2 small bottles of shampoo and body wash and a small bar of soap towels provided. Nice room with desk and chairs the bed was comfortable. Not enough power points to charge your phone/laptop/watch no USB points especially difficult if two people have items to charge at the same time maybe bring an extension lead/plug. Car parking is charged and expensive especially if staying...

「Room was good. Bed was comfortable. Oddly not enough spoons or cups laid for breakfast so we along with others had to take them from unoccupied tables. Paying for anything other than a simple black or white coffee at breakfast is really stingy. Great that they had EV charging points」

「Great apartment and location. We were at the front of the building on a Saturday night, so it was very loud until the early hours with people going to Mcdonalds (directly opposite) after their night out. This was ok for us but maybe not others.」
