「All staff professional, courteous and helpful. All facilities as you would expect and food was excellent.」

「Robert greeted us at the door and was friendly. The room we were shown to was perfect, bed was comfortable and amenities clean and tidy. The location of Kirkgate House was great, in the middle of the town with bars and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Would recommend and if we visit Knaresborough again, definitely would stay.」

「6 rooms booked all rooms were not habitable, only two rooms were actually used only because no hotels in Leeds were available. My other guests refused to stay. This is not a hotel at best it is a hostel or for asylum seekers. Owner refused to resolve my complaints and I have raised a dispute with my credit card company. 」

「Don't stay here if you want to sleep! We were in a room on the 2nd floor with a window facing onto the street. It was a Saturday night, so possibly not always this bad, but the noise in the street was relentless and the windows didn't keep the noise out at all. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the bathroom door opened into the end of the bed, so it felt cramped. Also, the batteries in the TV remote were dead. 」

「Ver comfortable hotel, everywhere just a few minutes ewalk away.」

「Lovely large room with a huge bed. Very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom also very spacious and has underfloor heating! Huge mirror with lightning and a radio. Our room also had a sink/kitchen area which was useful. The staff were helpful and friendly and we would not hesitate to stay again. Its very close to town centre and also has paid parking which is very convenient. 」
