「Attentive and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, good location able to walk to historic part of town. Parking first come first serve; we were lucky to get a spot. The room had a comfortable king bed and very uncomfortable sofa pullout. We had sent a message twice to ask for two beds and explained that we were not a couple, but friends traveling to celebrate a birthday. We did not know the bed arrangement until we arrived. It was expensive and I wish that someone had recommended that we stay...

「We had a wonderful stay at this lovely bed & breakfast in Newport! The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully updated, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and a wonderful way to start the day. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially Lisa, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect for walking to many of Newport’s shops, restaurants, and attractions, which made exploring the area so easy. Having parking available was also a huge plus —...

「The hotel has three buildings and all are in a fine location. Free breakfast is very good. There is a shower bath but no bathtub. Staff are very friendly. My room was on the basement story and smelt a little bit musty, but it was beautifully furnished, clean and spacious.」

「We were in Newport for the Jazz Festival. The accommodations were very good, location convenient for everything. Pictures accurately depict the property. The only thing that I would suggest be improved is the wifi. We ended up using our phone hotspot to connect when we were in the room. We would stay there again.」

「Fantastic place clean ,charming and wonderful breakfast every morning.cant go wrong」

「The breakfast here was amazing! We stayed on the third floor, and if I were to stay here again I’d have to be on the first floor and find a different place. The stairs are pretty steep and narrow, which」

「The owner was nice but inn keeper was not so friendly till the owner showed up. The information said that sun set room has the bustub but only shower. The location was good which is good but a little bit noisy at night. The breakfast was good. And the lady who served us was friendly. 」

「Our shower head was broken when we got to the room that moved us to another room we’ve stayed in a few hotels in Newport probably won’t be staying there any other time location was great but is updated」

「Was clean and an easy walk to almost everything.」
