「This Holiday Inn thought of everything that was needed in the room to make every moment a comfortable stay. Whether it was the roomy bathroom; the 'on the wall' mirror; the full-length mirror; the 'real' iron and ironing board; the cared for rug on the floor; the wonderful mattress; and the overall design of the room; everything was 'just right'. Every person on the staff was professional, friendly and accommodated every need that I had.」
「We were very impressed that the property is currently undergoing renovation. The third floor we stayed on was completely remodeled. A minor criticism concerned the shower pressure. Although the shower head appeared to be brand new, it did not deliver a stronger water pressure. Also, the toilet tissue seemed to fall apart when wet. Other than that, no suggestions for improvement. 」

「The breakfast every morning was a great bonus. The rooms were clean and quiet. Location was perfect to shoppung and dining. The price was great. Our only issue was that housekeeping didn't get to our room a couple days and we had to ask for clean towels. (Which were promptly supplied so all good) i would book again for sure.」
「Clean modern and very spacious rooms. Every thing needed was provided. Ironing board, coffee maker,hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner. Front desk person very friendly and accommodating. Only thing lacking a little was the breakfast buffet.milk and juice need a little more attention concerning freshness.
Hot foods also need a little more attention where freshness is concerned. Other than the buffet everything was wonderful. 」
「At check-in I was given key cards that didn't work. Then I found out the room was occupied. Another employee said they make mistakes like that all the time. Was given a new room. I was given a Gatorade for the inconvenience.
Knock at the door at 10:50 pm by "housekeeping" (it was the barkeep). They opened the door before I could get to the door. They said it was to see if the room was occupied
Had to ask for more towels. Never delivered.
