「Friendly staff and comfortable room 」

「We were very impressed that the property is currently undergoing renovation. The third floor we stayed on was completely remodeled. A minor criticism concerned the shower pressure. Although the shower head appeared to be brand new, it did not deliver a stronger water pressure. Also, the toilet tissue seemed to fall apart when wet. Other than that, no suggestions for improvement. 」

「Housekeeping staff was awesome. They made sure we had everything we needed. The only issue is that there is not enough outlets and easy to get too. But overall great place to spend 18 days in.」

「My husband stayed here for a week to attend a nearby event. We have both stayed here before. He said the included breakfast buffet is not as good as it used to be, with no low-carb or protein options (he's diabetic) - just toast, kids' cereal and bananas - so all his breakfasts were at a nearby diner. Still, it's a good, clean place to stay. Pool is great. Housekeeping is minimal (since COVID) and only on request. Customer service is *excellent* - polite and responsive.」

「Room was ok, usb plugins on the splitter did not work, We also found a used snuff pouch beside the bed so attention to detail doesn't seem like priority. The Hot Tub and Pool were fine. It's your average 2 Star hotel PS: there is NOT continental breakfast despite the pictures」

「当日ちょっと遅めの(21:00)チェックインになりました。 そうしたら、予約した禁煙の部屋が喫煙になるとの事。 不満を言うと、ワンランク上の禁煙部屋にしていただきました。 でも部屋の空きが無かったらどうなっていたんだろう。 ちょっと心配なホテルです。」
