"The shower leaked and out into the bathroom, but that was the only thing that did not work. I told the staff about this and they sent somebody to fix it. My TV did not work at night because I had made some mistake mistakes, but they sent someone up to fix it. So the staff gets a A+."

"Lukewarm water at absolute best. AC in first room went out. Was placed into a suite. Was happy overall with all but the temperature of each shower never being hot. Just warm enough and early mornings I was freezing it wasn't enough to warm up at all. But everything else was good enough. I was accommodated but I think I'd label it as a bit too pricey in my personal opinion for what is given. They were very protective of their linens. I was only given one small washcloth and two towels in each room. For the price , I'd expected a bit more memorable of something. However it was cute. "
