"When we checked in we went and used the kiosk. Don't do that, it just takes the first available room in the category you reserve, it put us in a handicapped room, so we had to go back to the front desk, stand in line anyways to get the room changed. Victor was amazing. He hooked us up with a nice King room. The sink needed to be snaked very slow drainage but it was manageable and we reported it at check out. The bathtub we didn't use at all but it was not very clean and might have had some rust. The room was nice otherwise and clean. Older room, might need some touch up paint around the doors and baseboards but otherwise nice."
