「Everything here was excellent! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. A safe feeling space for all. I love that there are two bars downstairs that are open late, and while they are really busy, the rest of the hotel was super quiet. The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable with a variety of wonderful food and drink options. The desk staff were helpful in every way in their recommendations for things to do in the area. 「The casino entrance security were rude at midnight when I was on my way to my room」

「The hotel staff were amazing. However we did not have good service at the restaurant. We stopped in there for breakfast after 8am, they still had not unlocked the doors. After waiting at the door, a security guard unlocked them and let us in. We then stood at the counter for over 5 minutes, several employees looked at us and walked by us. We eventually left when it was obvious no one was going to take our order. 」
