「Although there was a line to checkin, I wasn't a inconvenient. The refreshing lemon-lime cucumber water kept me cool & hydrated. Rose, the front desk clerk, was incredibly accommodating with my last minute request. Despite the busy lobby, she took the time to explain the amenities, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to Rose recommendations, I knew the best times to visit the pool & the best time to gre a bite to eat at the Market or Rest. I an enjoyable stay & will recommend the Hyatt Regency...

「Most of staffs work properly but room making system and person who handle this part is terrible. Even I asked to clean and make room everyday, they do only half of the day while I stayed. I strongly ask some refund of this bad service.」
