「Family owned and operated. The husband checked us in and was very friendly and chatty about the area which was helpful. The rooms are set back from the road so it is quite in the room. I liked the fire pits out front. There is also a small swimming pool. Good breakfast place a short, 5 minute walk down the road, Pennyroyal.」

There’s no staff on the property and the owner didn’t respond back until later in the evening after we were already checked in to a different hotel. When I asked for a refund I was told he couldn’t do it because we booked through Expedia…」
