「This was a clean and pleasant hotel. Ideal for a budget option en route to Upper Peninsula. The continental breakfast was standard. The indoor pool was decent. Rooms were clean.」

「We did not have hot water in our shower nor did we have electricity in our bathroom. The front desk person was not any help as I launch our complaint. So we did not get a shower for the day. Hopefully the hotel will give us some kind of refund. But this front desk person kept saying go get your refund from Expedia. We will see」
