「We stayed at a two bedroom apartment with balcony. Assigned parking space in the garage was conveniently located close to the entrance of the building and elevator. Apartment very nice and clean, kitchen well equipped, two spacious bathrooms. Bedrooms are a good size with an extra small room for luggage. Beds have very comfortable mattresses. 」

「We have been here several times. Really fun loft overlooking Butler Street. Lots to watch, walk to everything, and very relaxing. And the management is great!」

「My wife wanted to see the lantern exhibit at the John Ball zoo the weekend of Memorial Day, so we chose this location to spend the two nights we were there and we could not be happier. The parking space was immediately next to the entrance to the building, with the elevator that took us to our floor right around the corner. All of the codes that were given to us by the property manager actually worked and we had no trouble getting in either the building or our room. The room was a two bedroom...

「The furnished apartment was a perfect spot to land when a need arose to be closer to the Grand Rapids area for six weeks. To be able to have a place to come back to, relax and cook meals was invaluable. Those in the apartment building were so kind and those that managed this VRBO were ever so helpful as we needed to extend our stay. It was also the perfect spot to get many places easily and quickly. Plus, who doesn’t like living in a castle.」

「Nice flat for 2 couples. Living room rug is dirty and stained...moved the coffee table slightly, only to find lots of leftover goodies under it. Might want to speak with cleaning crew. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.」

「Very clean and a good size for 6 people. The beds were comfortable, except for the pullout sofa bed. The rooms need a desk/dresser to put your items on and there should also be a chair in each room.」
