「Property details were spot on just as Pictures show and as described online. Kimberly was easy contact and loaded with information. Groceries, fuel, food all close by. Less than 30 minutes to downtown Holland. Wonderful stay and we will be coming back. Thank you Kim.」

「The property was worn down. The furniture in the kitchen, bath and living room was stained and worn. The rugs were very dirty or so badly stained they didn’t come clean. The bedding felt unclean and the sheets were pilled. There was hair on the bedding in one bedroom. There was a smell to the property that the owner said was probably from dampness in the basement. The house is old so some things are to be expected but not with the cleanliness and wear and tear of the furniture. The host was...

「Bed was comfy with nice sheets. Loved that they had shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash even though we brought our own. Also had soap for laundry and dishes...and extra trash bags. I have been places where you had to get all your own supplies.」

「We were there just as overnight guests. We attended a wedding nearby so ot worked out perfect.」

「This is an absolutely great property. The unit was totally clean. The host was awesome Awesome. I would highly recommend you rent this one if you’re in the Grand Rapids area can’t lose plenty of dining within walking distance we loved it.」

「We just needed a place to sleep and shower. Property was fine for this. Parking was kind of tight with narrow drive, but adequate. Plenty of room inside for the two of us. Apartment door must have previously been kicked in and didn’t look very secure. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything important inside while we were away. Overall, it worked for sleeping and showering.」
