「 Very antiquated… not in a good way! Large black ants in cabin. Very musty smell. Entry door jam rotted on hinge side! Very small TV (looks like from the 1970s)! Great idea for a cabin, but needs LOTS of work! Will not stay again or recommend!」

「My family loved our stay at the hobbit hole. The details on the home were incredible. My kids loved dressing up and using the curtains to put on shows. The location was great as well. We had timely responses from the owner and the house was supplied well. 」
