"Staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool area. Continental breakfast was well-stocked and clean. Enjoyed live music in the Twigs lounge. Our only complaint was the shower/tub. While it was well-cleaned, it was quite old with the tile needing replaced, and the shower floor chipped off in places from what looked like a shower nat that had been previously glued down , which wasn't the greatest to stand on. Overall, a good experience!"

"The epitome of FALSE advertisement! No amenities like the restaurant and breakfast buffet they advertise. The carpet is stained. My room had mold in the window frame, large amounts of mildew and dust on the heater, that barely worked, and when it did, it sounded like it was fighting for its life The hot water was hit or miss. The jacuzzi tub was disgusting. The walls in the room were completely scratched and you could see where they use to be pictures or something. I was absolutely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this crap hole to my worst enemy. "

"Room was clean ish. There were stains on the bedspread and hair on top of that. The back door was completely accessible and had a broken window. Not sure if I would stay here again. "

"Usually the go-to hotel chain. But this location getting a bit worn. Windows in both our rooms (tried two different ones) didn’t close properly. Blinds didn’t work in either room. Questionable cleanliness. Sticky bathroom floor. Dirty lounge couch. In the good side, Staff were very friendly "

"Great location to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean and rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was awesome "

"We stayed on the 3rd floor and everything was clean, our room was great and had a lot space for a double bed and sofa bed. Breakfast was great, we didn’t use any of the other amenities. We didn’t really interact with the staff, everything was great, very happy with the cleanliness of the whole hotel, some recent post had us worried. We will be back again for another hockey season. The building as a whole is older, but no different from other hotels in the area. The beds are harder than we like, but not super hard. Great place for a family, we didn’t need a pool for this trip. Great location for food delivery. We don’t mind hearing the planes, but if you like a quiet outside area than may not be your choice, wasn’t a lot flights at night so not a big deal. Otherwise seemed like a safe area around the hotel. We will back. "

"Found alot of stains and damage in the room. Do not disturb sign is broken and does not hang on the door. Pillows were too soft and flat. Not sound proof at all. I can hear people talking until 4AM. "
