「From the start, we were greeted with a smile….we were given our room keys….the rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. We pre booked a table for an evening meal, the meal was utterly delicious. The lady’s that dealt with us (Sarah and Eleaner) were so friendly…sorry I can’t remember the other two ladies, but they were so friendly also 👍👍. The breakfast was awesome….so all in all a very relaxing stay. Thx everyone at The amazing Kings Arms 👍👍👌👌.」

「Room clean and tidy, facilities excellent. Food excellent. Staff friendly. Only negative points were at times noticeable staff shortage which affected service and Reception did not pass on to restaurant staff correct details of visitors having half board.」

「Lovely place, just out of the town centre. Craig was really welcoming on arrival. I stayed in the Oak room which was clean, spacious and comfortable. It had a nice big bathroom area with a rainfall walk in shower. Free parking was off the road in front of the building. I couldn't ask for more. Perfect for the weekend away.」

「　朝食が美味しい。特にベーコンが美味しい。朝は鳥がさえずる音で目が覚めます。かやぶき屋根の家に泊まれました。 車を利用するとアクセスがよい。バスでもエクセターから１５分の距離です。降りる場所が難しいのが難点。近郊の小さな町へのバスのアクセスもよい。」

「The room was very clean, well presented and modern and had lots of little extras like bottled water each day, toiletries etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the facilities in the spa/gym were very good.」

「Wonderfully situated overlooking the beach and for going straight into Town for shops and restaurants. The hotel room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities that you could wish for. The breakfasts and evening meals were super with a wide range to cater for every taste.The staff were attentive but never intrusive. We would certainly stay there again. 」

「The van was very clean and bedding was fresh. Towels were provided which was nice. The TV had apps like Netflix and prime on which was good. There were plenty of cooking utensils and trays/pans. The heating was easy to use and warmed up very quickly.The Indoor pool is warm and clean. The staff in Amelia's cafe were friendly. We would go again 」

It’s a really nice touch for the general manager to take an interest in you and also personally ensure you are enjoying your stay. The food is exceptional and everyone is so polite. Nothing is too much trouble at this hotel. We will definitely be back.」
