「The hotel explanation says wifi is free, but they want to charge you 25 US dollars. The explanation says there is a business center, but actually there is no center. It says there is SPA, but it doesn't exist. It says it will provide free shuttle connecting the ship and an airport/hotel, but it didn't. I waited for a driver but he didn't show up. I finally took a taxi but failed to catch the plane, and I had to purchase another plane and waited for it for another five hours. The worst was...

「I really like the guest room it was very clean and refurbished if needed. But, sad part was water did not go away smoothly, so I guess my room was having some kind of plumbing problem. And, the window to the balcony did not have a lock(or at least it wasn't working),,,, this was the most scaring part my stay there.」

「Hotel receptionist Reem is very kind. Tell me the fee of taxi. Room is well cleaning. Hotel location is very good for sightseeing. The breakfast at the rooftop of the hotel is very good.」

「This hotel is tucked away but when you enter it has lovely gardens, courtyard and the pool is great. The staff are very friendly and looked after us well. A small housekeeping tip gets you some very interesting towel creatures/flowers in your room! We enjoyed the food from the restaurant, which was very reasonably priced. The breakfast was good too. The room itself (we stayed quadruple) was as per the photo and very clean. Beds were comfortable and A/C was good. The location is great. ...

「公共の対岸へ渡る船乗り場が近い。ホテルの周辺にレストランが豊富なわけではないですが、ホテル内のレストランの料金が高くないのと、スタッフの対応が落ち着いていて居心地がいいのでホテル内で食べることが多かったです。 対岸へ公共の船で行けることは安く渡れるので気軽に移動できました。値段に対して十分な設備だと思います。」

「We loved our 4 day stay here. Definitely different from the run of the mill Western style hotels, only minutes away from the Nile..Way more peaceful than the east bank situated in a very friendly village. The management and staff were amazingly helpful and kind. The restaurant was great, we never even bothered eating anywhere else. 」

「The only good thing about this hotel was the location, however once we checked in, we left asap because we found a cockroach in the curtains… a flying one too. We’re not picky travelers and we like to stay at economically friendly place but would not stay at a place with roaches or bed bugs. Pay a little extra to stay across the street at Pyramisa or somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this place as we couldn’t even complete our stay」
