Restaurants and bars were within walking distance, and we did not get in our car from the moment we stayed until we left. Definitely a find in the quaint Wellsboro town!"

"We just got home from our stay on this property, and I can't say enough good things about it! From having the owner greet and welcome us as we arrived, to how warm and friendly he and his wife were, to how cozy the apartment was, it was the perfect 3 days that I had hoped for! The owner is very engaging to talk to, from his knowledge of the area, a little about the property and how this apartment came about, to the wildlife in the area. His wife had just returned from a trip, so I just met her this morning before we left, and I found her delightful! The furniture is so COMFORTABLE...... The apartment is impeccably clean. Lot's of little "extra's" around, which we really appreciated! It is approximately a 7 mile ride into the forest, which was beautiful! Wellsboro is about a 25 minute ride. I enjoyed sitting on the deck in the late afternoon reading my book and enjoying the beauty around me. So, if you can't tell, we thoroughly enjoy our stay at the Cozy Sand Rd apartment, and you will too!"

"Located centrally in downtown Wellsboro allowing us to walk to many things. The room was clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The amount of space was refreshing. It was great to be able to close the bedroom door when one of us was not ready for sleep. The full size fridge was a surprise. And the popcorn was a nice touch."
